TERMS OF USE

ESTINATE HOTEL Naha Social Workation Plan Usage Rules

To ensure that guests have a safe and comfortable stay with the Social Workation Plan, and to facilitate the smooth and appropriate management and operation of the property and its associated services, we kindly ask for your cooperation. Please note that failure to comply with these rules may result in the cancellation of your reservation or denial of access to the property's facilities and services. Additionally, you will not be allowed to reapply for any accommodation plans, including this plan. The hotel operating company is not responsible for any accidents that may occur as a result of violating these rules.

1. Removing or relocating equipment or fixtures from guest rooms or common areas is strictly prohibited.

2. Personal belongings (items not provided by the operating company) are not allowed to be placed in common areas (except in designated storage areas), even temporarily or free of charge.

3. Items stored in common refrigerators or designated storage areas will be regularly sorted and disposed of after prior notification. Please be aware of this.

4. Separate trash bins are provided in common areas for different types of waste. Please cooperate in sorting your trash.

5. Activities that disturb others, such as loud noise or littering, in the building or on the attached terrace, are strictly prohibited.

6. For security purposes and to prevent serious misconduct, security cameras are installed in the common areas (such as hallways and lounges) of the property.

7. Except for the 1st floor, common areas including lounges are generally only available for use by guests. Usage by non-guests is restricted.

8. Events held in common areas that have an objectively identifiable commercial purpose are not permitted.

9. The use of fire is prohibited on the property or within its premises. Please be careful when using the kitchen.

10. Activities such as political activities, religious activities, network business activities (including activities deemed similar by the operating company), or any activities that disrupt the peace or privacy of other guests are prohibited within the property.

11. Leaving belongings in the facility or on the property after check-out, including temporarily, without notifying the hotel, is strictly prohibited. Please inform the front desk if you wish to store your luggage.

12. The operating company is not responsible for any issues or disputes related to internet services or other third-party services. If the company determines that a user has excessively used large volumes of data beyond personal use, it may charge a recovery fee and deny further usage.

13. If any trouble or damage arises from non-compliance with these rules, and the hotel operating company suffers direct or indirect harm (such as hindrance to cleaning services, resulting in hygiene issues in common areas, product exchanges, or the occurrence of additional services outside of normal regulations), the responsible user may be charged for the damage.

14. The hotel operating company reserves the right to prohibit any actions it deems inappropriate or unsuitable.

15. These rules may be amended without prior notice by the hotel operating company.

These rules are effective as of July 20, 2022. By confirming your reservation, you agree to the above rules.
